They have been super responsive and prompt! Install was top notch two guys even came out on their day off the day after Thanksgiving to finish the install so we’d have heat. Brandon and his crew were awesome.

Brandon Brewer came today to inspect the installation of my new unit. He was very thorough. He found a factory issue and a wiring issue and fixed both of them. He was very friendly and professional. I would recommend Higdon Heat & Air to anyone. Thanks Brandon!!
