This gym is the perfect place to achieve your fitness goals. The equipment is top notch; prime machines that you can adjust strength curve, plenty of dumbbells, and pieces that are rare to find (Pendulum Squat, Belt Squat). The members range from novice everyday folks (like myself) to elite bodybuilders and powerlifters... while this could be a recipe for a pretentious or intimidating environment, the members are kind and inspiring. Lastly, Hidden Gym isn't a chain and it's great to support a local business that delivers on what it promises.
