They explain everything, show available options and most glaringly, they are compassionate, friendly and show that they care. When I visited my elderly mom in Duluth last week, I brought her to this clinic to try to get her an pair of hearing aids. We were so lucky that we got help from Kaitlynn Hufsteller. She is a very nice and patient person, and has an extensive knowledge of hearing aids and great technique in adjusting and customizing the device. I was touched by Kaitlynn’s great personality, how she patiently treated and encouraged my mom to try the hearing aids, and her efforts on finding an suitable device for my mom. My mom can hear well with the hearing aids and we can have a nice conversation (not shout out load) now. This is impossible without Kaitlynn’s effort. Thank you Kaitlynn!
