I can hear my grandchildren telling me they LOVE ME! I can not tell you how much it means to be able understand every word that comes from such sweet, innocent, precious little people that look up to their "Abba" for EVERYTHING! HEARING LIFE has handed me the ability to be an active participant by choosing the best hearing aids to suit my severe hearing loss in both ears! I no longer have to hear the children respond to my request for them to please tell me what they just said " one more time, but slower so I can " understand" them! Before I got my hearing aids, the answer was always, "NEVERMIND, ABBA"! I never want them to feel the disappointment of not being able to share anything with me ever again! Not only did I get top quality devices to accommodate the extent of loss in both ears, but I have received the best customer service from each staff member at multiple locations! I am made to feel like I am a priority at each visit no matter which office I have made an appointment! I am treated like I matter which is a virtue at any place I I choose to spend my money with! I look at my relationship with HEARING LIFE as one of the top three in my world today! If it were not for these fabulous , customer oriented, & dedicated individual's, I would be one lonely, sad , and angry grandmother! HEARING LIFE is like family now! Thank you, HEARING LIFE!
