At first, I didn't know about these guys, so I bought some equipment by phone (direct from the manufacturer). I had problems with the fit, and my expectations. Going back to the website, I discovered these guys, so I called them up. I told Shane what was going on, and he told me he'd help me, no problem. It didn't bother him that he hadn't sold it - he just wanted to help out. I went over, and he spent plenty of time explaining the equipment, and helping me with the fit - he even showed me some tricks he'd learned that made everything work better. After that, he showed me an additional accessory to go with, so I was more than happy to get it directly from him. He has other services and products, so I'll be going back there, and I've already passed on his information to my friends.

HCCI is a company willing to put your safety and security first above everything else. A company that is trustworthy, and reliable. The team is hands on and always resolves issues quickly and efficiently. Due to its professional and courteous approach to all its clients needs, it manages as a small/medium sized company to accomplish what larger companies manage, making it stand out in the security industry. The relationship between the personnel and the student, in a school setting is phenomenal. The students feel comfortable enough to ask the security guards any question, or tell them any concern they are having. I highly recommend any school looking for a security team. These are your guys! Hands down the best!!
