I highly recommend!! They do beautiful work with fantastic attention to detail. They also did phenomenal designing my yard with the understanding that it has to be kid/pet friendly and beautiful! They are real artists with their craftsmanship
Not to code, always the same plants, not responsive, the worst landscaping company on the planet. They absolutely don’t care about anything, especially people/customers. They must just be the cheapest, Boo!
I have bought anything from candles to furniture and enjoyed the high quality of each item. The store is lovely just to walk around and staff is friendly and helpful. I also like the more rural location, not crowded, no pressure.
Do not use if you’re outside of Salem. They give you lots of excuses. I moved into my newly built home in January and felt overwhelmed by the state of the yard. The lot is narrow, steep, full of rocks and clay, and I feared it would never be usable. But I gritted my teeth, hired Green Acres, and now the whole place is absolutely beautiful! Brian oversaw the work, and he was so wonderful to work with. The whole crew exceeded my expectations. I can’t say enough great things about all of them. Not the cheapest, but they’re the best. Thanks Green Acres!
We had Green Acres install turf in our back yard just over a year ago and have been having difficulty with them since. It started with them underestimating the amount of turf needed to complete the job and costing us an extra 5k for them to piece together the turf they had, leaving multiple seams that are still visible. I had Green Acres install a new back patio, gas firepit, and Trex Deck with S.S. cable handrail. We absolutely love our backyard now and the deck is beautiful at night with all the lights. I highly recommend Green Acres and they have top-notch workers that pay attention to little details. - Josh P

Tom repaired my sprinkler system by replacing the panel, replacing the sprinkler heads, and verifying there was no water leaks. He really knows his stuff! We will definitely use this company again and recommend others do business with them.
Terrible customer service and lost me as a client. they don't listen and they are super rude. talked to a manager his name was Rob, no professionalism with no remorse. the services were bad and will not call them again, just terrible service.
