Grady Nelson is a great realtor! Grady works and lives in the communities he sells. He knows the communities, local governments and the housing markets of those communities. This made Grady very valuable in helping sell my parent's home during a housing market that had rising intertest rates and competitive pricing. Grady was also very understanding of my parent's age and challenges. We were not just another house to sell or the next client. Grady went above and beyond by helping to make improvements around the house himself or coordinating local services to make improvements. In the end, Grady was instrumental in getting my parents house sold during a difficult market.
