My customer experience with Gerber Collision & Glass was phenomenal ! Personally, I would like to thank Lloyd and Austin for their professionalism. Upon my 1st visit, I met Austin who walked me through the process and gave me my estimate of charges. Austin was also present when I dropped off my vehicle for repairs and assured they will do a great job ! I also had the distinct pleasure of speaking with and meeting Lloyd. Lloyd did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. Lloyd was also present for my vehicle pick up and walk-through inspection. The work that Lloyd and his team did on repairs were impeccable! As a bonus, Lloyd took the time and patience to answer all of my questions. Lloyd was courteous, succinct and knowledgeable of any concerns that I may have had. Throughout this process, I must note that I received timely updates about my repairs from Lloyd and Austin.
