I’m just starting with a new counselor…I was worried about it being Tele-visit, but honestly it’s more convenient. She is more than accommodating with her schedule and has a great demeanor…I’m relieved that I finally found good therapy. Getting insurance and scheduling initially had a few hiccups but everyone in office was polite and resolved the issues.
My experience with Geode Health was good. The office is clean and the staff is friendly. Coffee and condiments are also available. The visit was nice and informative. I will have an in person visit several times a year for certain medications. Now that we’ve been introduced and the visit was pleasant I will look forward to future visits as well. I’m sensitive to medication so I’m pleased that was taken into consideration. My first counselor was video but left the country and there were some unexpected changes but they never dropped the ball. They pulled through and set me up with Uju in Houston and I couldn’t be happier. My medication was not interrupted and everything is back on track. I highly recommend Geode Health.
