I really can't think of any legitimate way for Best Buy to improve their service. I've been here 5 times, and to other Best Buys 3 times, and every issue has been resolved to my satisfaction (if the device wasn't fixed, they gave me a new one or a full refund). Important note, however - I always go in with a smile. I'm patient and understand that the agents are working, like anyone else at a job. Treat them like human beings and I promise you'll have a good experience :)
