“Don’t Have Time.” — Brook Booked a cut and color three weeks in advance with Brook for my daughter. When we arrived, no one greeted us. After we mentioned our appointment, we sat and waited. Brook eventually took my daughter back, barely brushed her hair, then told her she “didn’t have time.” My daughter texted me from the chair asking me to come back. When I did, Brook stood just inches from my face, repeating, “I don’t have time.” I asked if I might’ve booked the wrong service — no answer. I asked if we could at least do a cut only — again, she just repeated, “I don’t have time.” We left feeling dismissed and confused. We had booked weeks in advance and received no apology or explanation.
