Fuji Rice Time

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid.... over 20 years ago... best sushi always, wonderful staff, and lovely owners! Love this place!!! 🙏🏽🍣 To go food is just as good but I do miss the dining in at the restaurant! Hopefully will be able to soon! Love the atmosphere and decoration ❤️

Fuji Rice Time has everything you want for a bargain price. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, and quick and friendly service make me keep coming back for more, and I live an hour away! I’m a fan of their yakisoba and my husband goes for their teriyaki chicken, and both are phenomenal. The tempura shrimp was delicious and so was the sauce that came with it. You won’t be disappointed with this value-for-money spot. Their quality has not diminished even in these dark days of take-out. 10/10 Would Recommend.

Great place. Very authentic, and very good. Outstanding service too. Best sushi in Salem in my opinion. Only downside are the business hours, but It's not a deal breaker..
