I started off having a bad experience with a local florist concerning the type of flowers that I wanted and my budget. I then heard thru a friend about Flowers for Everybody and it was uphill from there! First off, Lana is the most responsive and professional florist that I have ever worked with. She immediately texted back and had 2 zoom calls with me to completely understand my vision for both the ceremony and reception. Lana also texted a preview the night before of my bouquet and asked for any input if I wanted something changed! She arrived earlier than expected to provide the flowers and bouquets at the church. Then came the reception and my flowers were mind blowing! Everyone complimented the flowers and arrangements on the tables. Lana created such a unique combo with a romantic touch. I am forever grateful for her talent and politeness. Not only did I have a great experience with my flowers for my wedding, I have now found my go-to florist!
The absolute BEST floral shop in all of Ga !!! I have ordered lots of flowers from various places all around Atlanta and Miami and have never experienced customer service like this before ! Mrs. Lana went above and beyond in every way to ensure all my requests were made. I ordered an arrangement for a friend’s bday and wanted to attach a gift card and an Apple Watch with it, to be delivered all at the same time and Mrs. Lana did absolutely everything to meet up with me so that she could fulfill this request. There were a lot of inconveniences on my behalf causing a delay with our scheduled meeting, but Mrs. Lana was extremely patient with me and even offered to meet somewhere closer to where I was, that was even more out of her way. On top of this already exceptional service, the arrangement that I had ordered was the most mesmerizing and precious arrangement I have ever seen. Mrs. Lana sent me lots of pictures of the flowers beforehand to make sure that I loved them and without question, it was singlehandedly the most beautiful bday gift I have ever bought. If I could give this 10 stars I most definitely would! I recommend this place to anyone for any occasion, birthdays, Valentine’s Day, weddings, anything! You will not be disappointed ! Mrs. Lana has got a life long loyal customer with me! I could not be any more content! Can’t wait to order more arrangements in the future ! She is very sweet, kind, caring, and phenomenal.
