Tammy and her team (Monica in the office and Marcos the installer) were fantastic. Very communicative and prompt, friendly, and professional. They replaced/refinished our 5" red oak floors after a house flood and did a great job. Red Oak is a tough wood to try and achieve a "natural" look without it being too pink, but we figured it out (See before and after pics). Would definitely recommend.
