I recently had our Tesla Model Y ceramic coated at Fierce Detailing by Bryce and my wife and I are thrilled with the outstanding job he did. I broke it down into 5 reasons to help others who are out there googling "ceramic coating North Texas", because this is how I found Fierce Detailing. From the moment I first spoke to Bryce on the phone, I knew he was the real deal. Incredibly knowledgeable, transparent with the process and products, and passionate about his business and customers he's serving. This was reason #1 It was reassuring that our Tesla was going going to be worked on by one person, garaged by one person, touched by one person... it's the antithesis of the normal high volume/large scale detail shop. Fierce Detailing is a home based business and Bryce's garage may as well be a sterile surgery room. Climate controlled, CCTV, locking doors. You could eat off the floors... it's that clean. This was reason #2 When I dropped the car off, the process is more akin to dropping off a loved one for open heart surgery. Bryce explains every step that he will take, explains every product he is going to use, the timeline, the curing process, and provides information for "after care". He is thorough and and took the time to answer every question (even though some of my questions may have been uninformed or silly by pro standards). This was reason #3 During the process, I got daily text updates and photos of the car as Bryce completed different phases. This is reason #4 Upon pickup, Bryce was flexible with timing. I wasn't able to get over there until 6pm... no problem. He spent at least an hour reviewing cleaning techniques for "after care", detailed product recommendations, application best practices... It was like I took a college course in advanced auto care chemistry ha ha. Then he volunteers to be available anytime in future if I have any washing or care questions. Where else are you going to find someone like this? No where. This is reason #5 I hope this review helps another car owner make an informed decisioned. If I could give this place a bonus 6th star I would. The Tesla's paint looks like glass, and Bryce is crazy skilled at what he does.
