I do competitive weight training, specifically powerlifting, and I can honestly and safely say that Karl is the right person for you for addressing your muscle recovery. As lifters and athletes, we accumulate a great deal of muscle tightness, soreness, and stress throughout the course of our training period and getting a sport massage is recommended for muscle recovery. Karl is great in that he will explain to you the entire process of what he is doing, explain to you about the different muscle parts function together, as well as small techniques you can do daily if you feel tightness. A therapeutic massage is recommended for body recovery, and I highly recommend Karl if you are in need of a sport massage if you are active in a sport.
