Salem Withnell Family YMCA

What a great new community center, this has just about everything now, from a swimming pool, hot tub, weight room, basketball courts, rooftop track, spin class and much more. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed this place so much I got a membership. I am disappointed that my 12 year old cannot use the weight machines even while I am supervising. I would love to see opportunities for middle school aged kids to learn some proper lifting mechanics.

The new YMCA in Salem is just beautiful! I personally love the swimming pool and the workout machine area, but the kids' play area, free weights and rooftop walking track are also great. My experiences with the team have all been so positive. I'm also grateful for the many community events this location has been able to organize and make available to community members.

🤩 Amazing Staff, Amazing Community! I had no idea how my life would change after joining the Salem YMCA. I’ve been coming here since they first opened, yes some time parking is limited and you will have to park at the bus station and walk. My Favorite amenities at the Y are the roof top track, dry and wet sauna's, extensive groups fitness classes and child care services!
