One word....incredible. I am more than pleased with the attention to detail that was provided. The baseboards throughout the home, doors/jams, window sills, blinds, kitchen cabinets, appliances, floors, bathrooms, fans, overall dusting (very thorough). Amazing job and flexibility to tailor your needs. Highly recommend.
We've gone through several different cleaning services, and Executive Touch is by far the best. All of the employees are fully employed by Executive Touch, which means none of them are independent contractors. Ruth is easy to communicate with and will respond to any worry or issue you may have. We had a minor issue with the dishwasher being loaded poorly and causing some breakage, and she responded right away to apologize and offer reimbursement. We always feel like the home and our belongings have been treated with respect, and we appreciate the patience they have with our pets. The house is spotless when we get home in the evenings, and we're able to go about our day knowing they can handle things while we are at work. And funnily enough, they are the only cleaning service we've ever had that can properly work the keypad on our front door. Executive Touch is definitely pricier than some of the other options available to those looking, but I promise you it's worth it. We highly recommend them.
