Michele is a miracle worker who went above and beyond to help us sell a condo at the required price within a tight deadline. She was always responsive, honest, and proactive. First of all, Michele is a very experienced, energetic, well- organized and caring realtor. She has many years of experience regarding the real estate market ( and neighborhoods) in the greater Portland and nearby Vancouver areas. AND she is passionate about her job and making a client's home search and move as easy and stress free as possible. Michele really cared about finding a house that would meet our needs exactly. She is a good listener and has a lot of insight into people so, she was very quick to come up with a list of homes that matched our needs exactly and took us out the very next day to see them all. We chose one of these homes. She was a very good negotiator. Within a couple of days of we had a signed sales contract ( pending inspections of course.) Michele then arranged for a whole home inspection to take place immediately. Michele also arranged for the closing to take place earlier for our convenience. After closing, she continued to help us by quickly arranging for service people to clean our new home, change the locks, and shampoo the carpets without our even needing to be present. She even met these people at the house to oversee the process & contacted us during this when the service people had any questions about what we wanted/needed. She didn't have to do any of this but genuinely wanted to make our move easier for us. Michele told us she is committed to making her clients' move the ultimate moving experience. And she does! We appreciated so much that Michele was ALWAYS available for questions up to & after the sale and post- closing days!. She always returned every phone call within minutes with a call or a text- - even on evenings or weekends. This eliminated so much stress during a stressful process.
