Allie is very help and an amazing person. When she said I would have a job in a few weeks and she wasn’t kidding I have the best workplace that I could ever have and I’m very grateful that Allie helped me.

My adult daughter with disabilities sought help from Allison Van Wey and Employment Connections, Inc. to get beyond just taking classes for people with disabilities and occasional volunteer work to keep busy. After the long isolation of COVID times, my daughter wanted to pursue a paying job she could handle at least on a part time basis. Allison and her team did an outstanding job helping her assess her skills and capabilities, complete job applications, prepare her for interviews, and find employment options in our area that aligned with her interests and skills. Working with Allision also helped her develop the confidence and interpersonal skills she needed to function effectively in a work environment. Landing a real job and working side-by-side with other employees has given my daughter self-esteem she never had before. We are so grateful to Allision and her team for that. It’s been a miracle!
