As a renter, we have almost exclusively been with private landlords. Moving back home to Bend Oregon we went with a property managed by Elevation Property Management (EVP), and the entire experience has been stellar and beyond compare. From the initial contact with leasing agent, Braun. She is fabulous. The ease of application process, the communication from the team, the portal process, the follow-up, the maintenance support (Brad is great), move-in processes, and so much more… I could not recommend EVP more!! Solid 5-stars!!
