Our downstairs AC went out at the worst time - weekend & blistering heat. Just had major spine surgery so I couldn't even go and check out what was possibly wrong - I was truly at the mercy of a service call and go with whatever the diagnosis and repair to resolve the problem. Paul promptly answered my call and scheduled time to come by. Paul arrived as scheduled and he was able to quickly identify the problem and perform the repair work without undue delay. I certainly appreciated the fact that he spent the time to explain the issue and answer any questions I had. I know he could've taken advantage of me and charged far more as well as upsold more services but he didn't, and for this I appreciate his integrity and loyalty to the customer. I cannot emphasize enough just how impressed and appreciative I am of DMS Air. Customer service is outstanding, very friendly and professional, prices are excellent and work quality is great. It's such a breath of fresh air to find a business that truly focuses on customer service, quality of work and great pricing. To anyone with AC issues, I highly recommend DMS Air as your first destination to resolving any problems you may have. You won't go wrong and your wallet will thank you, too.
