Very knowledgeable, knows his job and the variety of different coverages we needed. Made recommendations when needed to better fit our policy, called back when he said he would. Overall I feel Alex has more than met the needs of what I ever expected from “a voice on the other end of the phone”. Plus he saved us money from our current insurance. Highly recommend.
I switched to Dave Woodworth State Farm a few years ago, having explored Google reviews for agencies that customers appreciated. Having been a customer for a good long time now, this agency now insures my home, all of my vehicles, two utility trailers, and myself. More importantly, my most beloved RV (HaRVey), which sadly recently suffered a weather-related collapse of the roof. I've never had a claim before and wasn't savvy to the process (thank you, Alex, for walking me through it). When I received the estimate for repairs, I was fairly certain that there was no way that he would be repaired. The adjusters were very kind and walked me through it, as they were determining his value. They offered much advice as well and encouraged me to hold off on assembling all of the paperwork and receipts on him until they had an opportunity to research a bit more. To my most delighted shock, they called this week to let me know that they were moving forward in his repairs and it all seems so easy, I really don't have words. The adjusters had already called the shop where he is stored under cover to protect him from further damage while we sorted it, to let them know they were good to order the parts to get him good as new. As a person who uses my RV constantly, and mine is most beloved, I can't express my gratitude enough to say that this has been a really amazing experience and I'm so glad that I made to move to State Farm.
