Finally got a chance to get some food here. I got the Texas trinity plate with fire roasted vegetables and loaded potato salad. The meats were sausage, brisket and pork ribs. All the meats were good but the brisket really stood out for me. I also had an order of pork belly and a beef rib. The pork belly was melt in your mouth delicious.The beef rib was okay. The sides were good. I will visit again.
After coming here maybe 10 times I think i can confidently recommend Dampf Good as my favorite BBQ in the area. The meat is always tender and the sides taste fresh. Today’s Brisket was melt-in-your mouth smoked and perfectly seasoned. I recommend any of the sides, but my favorites are the coleslaw and elote. Dress to sit outside, ideally something with an elastic waistband because you won’t want to leave a single bite behind!
