I enjoy going to Curves in Monmouth Oregon. The staff are always friendly and I enjoy exercising with the other Ladies that go there. I always feel good after I finish my exercising. Curves is a great place to go and meet people.

Curves Monmouth has been a blessing. The coaches are encouraging, the workouts are fun, and I've improved my health. And I'm doing it all with my daughter, which has been wonderful.
