CrossFit SBR is an amazing place to reach any level of fitness goals. Jess and Ken are the best mentors. They genuinely care about your physicals mental well being. The programming is well thought out, and is available for any skill level. This is place is truly a community and could not be more pleased.
I am older and working on a healthier me. I took a chance (and a deep breath!) and I walked into CrossFit SBR on a Saturday hoping they could help me reach a goal I set for myself. I was completely new to the process. I ask questions ALL the time but Ken and the team are very patient and very encouraging. I got stronger and I did accomplish my goal this past July. Through consistently working out, I fell in love with the gym and got stronger. I like that the work out allows me to not think about anything other than the workout and it clears my mind. The community at the gym is the best!
I recently had an injury and was out for over a month. But I have been able to go back and the team has been incredible helping me work out with modifications. This place is special!
