I went to get a couple of documents notarized & witnessed that I was having trouble finding anyone else in town that could do it. My bank, FedEx, The UPS Store & HR Block all had various reasons they either couldn't or wouldn't do it. Finally, I called Copy Cats, no appointment necessary. I went in & got my documents notarized & witnessed, easy peasy.
