It’s HOT outside! Heat stroke is a medical emergency, here are some signs that can be caused by exposure to high heat or strenuous physical symptoms:
- body temperature 103′ F or higher
- hot, red, dry, or damp skin
- rapid strong pulse
- throbbing headache
- confusion, nausea, dizziness, fainting, strange behavior
If you suspect heat stroke:
- Call 9-1-1
- Stay with the person until emergency services arrive
