I called CCFA on Monday because I had a client who had been avoiding us for over 2 months. This client of us would not pick up the phone, would not answer our emails, we would show up to his office and he would hide from us. 3 days later (thursday morning of the SAME WEEK!) I received a message saying the client had paid. I recommend 100% CCFA, amazing service, outstanding results!
Have a business account that has been ignoring our repeated requests for payment / over 90 days. I went online looking for a collection agency that is not sketchy. I found CCFA which had many very good recommendations unlike pretty much all of the others. TJ made some calls to them. They are paying so far and we only have one more outstanding bill to go. CCFA is also sending us some info so that if we have a situation like this in the future we will be able to recoup the collection fees. Better to have some than none.
