Of Collin County Sprinkler for over 20 years. We recently had a break that forced us to shut our water off. And though they were booked up with repairs for at least a week out, they sent a supervisor to handle our issue. The repair was made the same day so that the water was restored to our home. We appreciate the wonderful staff and highly recommend Collin County Sprinkler!
Amazing service!! One zone wouldn’t shut off and I tried googling a fix with no luck. I called another company and the girl that answered said she had no idea (how do you work for a sprinkler company and have no clue?). Ended up calling CCS and service was incredible!! Preston got me a technician out to the house FAST and Mike had everything fixed with no further issues! When your support team understands how to address a client issue to diffuse the initial problem (water spewing everywhere) AND can send out help to fix the situation quickly…you have a winning team and great company!!
