We stopped by Collective Coffee for their Grand Opening and we will be back!! An open atmosphere that welcomes all kinds coffee and tea lovers. It was great to see some of the owners behind the counter working alongside their team to make sure guests got the best experience.
On my recent trip to East Texas I visited the Collective Coffee in Downtown McKinney, and it was fantastic! There is plenty of seating inside this coffee shop, making it very spacious, and they have free wifi for customers. The interiors have a clean industrial vibe, and the cafe played great music that wasn’t too loud or distracting. There is a good amount of parking in the area, including parallel spots right out front. They serve Edison Coffee Co. Telegraph Blend and others and use Pink House Alchemy for syrups. Their signature drinks are named after nearby streets of Downtown McKinney, I love that local touch! I tried the Louisiana which is their version of a Mexican Mocha, it was delicious! They have some pastry options as well, I bought a chocolate chip cookie and ate it later and it was very yummy! I think they mentioned the baked goods are local as well, from a Generous Portion. The staff sure was welcoming and the space is charming, I truly wish the Collective Coffee nothing but success! It’s a great place to create, connect, and belong! ~EatingFTL
