We really feel karma smiled on us when we started working with Kris. From the beginning her effort was notable, using FaceTime to show us properties before we arrived in Oregon and after arrival traveling over a wide geographic area to showings. During our time together Kris was always pleasant and cheerful, but her down to earth nature didn’t mask that she was an unbelievable wealth of knowledge when it came to the rural properties we toured. She would highlight aspects that met our search criteria, but also call our attention to potential issues that we hadn’t considered. Her observations were delivered in a respectful and non-judgmental tone that we appreciated as we “imagined” living in each house. We also appreciated that Kris was very “present” during our tours and discussions. When we started our home search, she listened as we described our looked-for features. And as we walked through tours, she was attentive to our personal remarks, responding to them in an unobtrusive way through her own observations. This attentiveness gave us the sense that we were having a conversation about the potential of each home. Kris also gave honest feedback re home values, which were in flux given a cooling market due to high interest rates. Finally, she smoothly guided us through the offer and closing process, which could have been bumpy due to both us and seller wanting to close early. We highly recommend Kris and feel incredibly lucky to have worked with her to find our new home!
