I ordered a lot of food, going there hungry. I know it is famous. It is kinda like help-yourself style restaurant. Everything is packed in paper boxes, you eat with plastic spoons and forks even when eating there. Not my style actually. Order salad, taste fine. I guess steak is one of most famous. For me a little bit too salty. But the burgers are awesome. I know it is not healthy. 😂😂😂really taste good. They have Christmas decoration too.
We've been coming to the Cary location for years and always like the food. I know this is a chain restaurant but for myself and my husband the taste and quality of the food is better than at most of the small independent American Bbq places we've eaten at. The staff is always super friendly and the atmosphere is fitting for this kind of restaurant. There is no table service at this place, you order at the counter and then your name is called out to pick up. When you pay by card there is no tipping option, so we always bring a little cash for the tipping jar.
