If I could give 100/5 stars I would. I started my dress journey in a so so mood, just something to check off the list. But let me tell you, once I had my phone interview with Katrina I got SO excited!!!! She asked me things I hadn’t even thought of, and sparked my imagination of what the possibilities could be. Her energetic and reassuring personality made me feel so at ease and ready to find my dress. I had a large group (10 people) which can be hard to manage between personalities and opinions, but she was amazing at coordinating it all. She truly felt like an old friend that was part of my party, all well guiding me to do what was best for my wedding vision and what could be unique to me and my experience. I appreciate the fact that she was able to help me explore my options without making me feel pushed or rushed to make a decision/sale which is one of my biggest pet peeves. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about charlottes bridal and really recommend them for anyone wanting to feel extra special and have their dress shopping truly be a unique experience and not just another shopping trip. At the end there were a few dresses I wanted to try on just for fun that knew I wouldn’t be buying and Katrina was all for it. What a fun day!
