Can I tell how great, professional and compassionate this funeral home was? Our funeral director, Jennifer treated us with “kid gloves” answered every one of our questions and addressed every concern. Death is not convenient and highly emotional. You want Charles W Smith Funeral Home handling this important life task with you. Holding your hand. We decided to pre-plan with them because they did our father first-class which included flying him to Hawaii. Our home before moving to Texas. We held 2 services & brought a little Hawaii to this beautiful chapel and I just finished the big one with all our Ohana. Dad flew well and he never looked so good. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and I speak for our entire Llanos Ohana. Mahalo and much aloha!

I would highly recommend Charles W. Smith and Sons Funeral Homes! Great burial service, arrangements and burial planning. Miss Jennifer helped me and my husband a lot from choosing casket to burial lot which matched our burial money. She’s really considerate, empathetic and present in our hard times of my brother-in-law’s death. It’s within our budget as well. It went smooth and they arranged everything for us. Thank you for your great help and service Charles W. Smith and Sons. We really appreciate your kindness. There’s a lot of options to choose from and recommendations from Miss Jennifer. She’s awesome and caring!
