Sierra was beyond amazing. She is a beautiful young lady inside and out. She is professional, kind, understanding, patient to the ends of the Earth and I feel blessed that I was led to her for my real estate needs. She will go over and above in a effort to make sure that you find the home that is right for you. She will fight for you if anything is amidst during your house buying experience whether it's her issue or not. She worked with my mortgage company to straighten out their incorrect data. You will consider yourself blessed as well if you find her. I honestly do not have enough words to do Sierra justice in her qualifications and kindness.
Sierra Burress was our realtor. She listed our home and on the first day we had multiple offers, one was a cash offer, that we accepted. As it was a cash offer, closing didn't go, as smoothly as, one would hope. But with that said, I would like to go back to the beginning, when we first met Sierra.
She had offered her willingness to help us in the process of preparing our home, to get it ready to put on the market. I knew then, that I was going to have to lean on her for help, for I care for my mother who is 93 years old and was not able to do all this without the support and help of friends. And, Sierra did become that to us, she was a true friend. She came over one night after a long day of work, to help patch holes and dust the ceiling fans in each room. She is truly a person of her word and of good character.
We counted on her, she always showed her concern for us in wanting to help get us through the process. She has a great support team, that gave us support, from the photographer, to inspectors, roofing specialist and contractor to make improvements on our home.
Though there was unforeseen complications in a cash offer deal, Sierra worked tirelessly in getting the support out to us, to make the closing of escrow. She even called our home insurance agent and worked with them and brought in the people that could help with getting the house ready for closing.
We were moving out of state. We had to leave, when all of this was taking place. I couldn't be more grateful that Sierra stepped in, to give us her support. Sierra was more than just our realtor, she truly was a friend.
The process of selling a home is overwhelming, but I was more overwhelmed by the true goodness and support that we received. Sierra has touched our hearts. Sierra's concern for my mother, to help us through this process, that my mother would have peace about the decisions she was making, will not be forgotten.
God gave us Sierra to be strength for us, when we did not know how we would get moved.
