My wife and I just had a GREAT experience with the installation of a new heat pump system in our home. We also had a ductless system installed in a separate addition to our home. Gerald and his install team was very professional and friendly for sure. They were very punctual and on point in moving through the project. The total project was projected to take 4 days, but they were able to wrap it up in 3. Their communication regarding systems operations was clear and very easy to understand. To say the least is was a very seamless and pleasant experience. I cannot recommend Cascade Heating Specialties strongly enough! Barron Johnson
