We have been overwhelmingly happy with Cardinal Roofing after contracting them to repair our home from hail storm damage. Our roof, window screens, fence and gutters got quite the facelift thanks to Omar and his team. Everyone was lovely to work with and everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. We will be singing their praises and will be proud to use them in the future.
The hailstorm did significant damage to our roof, gutters and garage, as well as a lot of our backyard furniture. Being the typical, “your home just got pummeled” rookies, it was very intimidating how many roofers came by, many were pushy and aggressive. That wasn’t the case at all with Cardinal roofing team!!! Omar and his team were exceptionally professional. What we appreciated the most, was that they took a lot of time educating us on the general process, laid out clear timeframes and expectations. No surprises. The team worked with our insurance and helped negotiate on our behalf, which wasn’t even something I knew we could do. They coordinated different teams to assist our needs, around our schedule. And when the teams were here, they arrived on time, cleaned up their repair areas, and were courteous during the whole process. “Seamless” is honestly the best word to use and it doesn’t truly capture how easy this whole thing was with Cardinal Exterior and Roofing. A friend had recommended them to us, and now I’d like to share that recommendation with everyone else.
