After researching and receiving several quotes, we made the decision to have Canyon Oak Pools build our pool. They not only met our expectations but exceeded them on every detail. Larry and Susan (the owners) were on-site to oversee every milestone of the build to ensure it was up to their standards. From the first dig until the first swim was 28 days, even with an addition to the contract for a retaining wall. We now have a beautiful space for our entire family to enjoy. Cannot recommend them enough. The entire team is absolutely wonderful.
If I could leave an infinite amount of stars for this review I would. Being a first time pool owner comes with a lot of anxiety and stress. You hear so many horror stories of people getting left with a hole in their yard due to their pool builder not being able to finish, among other issues. We had 11 different pool builders give us a quote. However, when Mike with Canyon Oak Pools stepped foot in our backyard we instantly clicked and it just felt right to choose them! We are so happy we chose Canyon Oak Pools, they made us feel like part of their family. I really loved that Larry (owner) was on-site a lot. Tyler (project manager) texted me with weekly updates along with Kristen, and addressed any questions or concerns at any time of the day. Susan was also a text or call away! Our pool was finished in 30 days which was AMAZING! We had some issues with our spa tile which was addressed immediately and fixed within 2 days! We absolutely love our pool and the memories we are creating. I know that the Canyon Oak Pools team will always be around to support their clients and continue to treat each client like family! I recommend this team whenever I can! Who you build with matters! I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service!
