Alisha has been such a blessing in our life! Our home buying experience was perhaps a little unique in that we found an agent, had a viewing, made an offer and had it accepted all within 72 hours!! And although things moved very quickly, we never panicked or felt out of the loop because Alisha made sure we were involved and informed every step of the way. We could not have done it without her! And now we have our dream house, with very little effort on our part. She will always hold a special place in our hearts. Her smile and bubbly attitude and optimism and ability to put us at ease is stellar and we could not recommended her more! She goes the extra mile and even though she probably has multiple clients at a time, we always felt like her one and only. Always available through text or email or phone. Day or night. My wife and I are first time home buyers and, as such, often found ourselves somewhat confused and lost during the process. Chris and Amelia were amazing at promptly fielding all our questions and helping us through each step. They always explained things to us in ways that were easy to understand and never had an issue clarifying when we were struggling.
They were also incredibly accommodating when showing us homes as well. We're moving quite a distance from our current residence so trying to find time to see homes between normal work/life obligations was rather difficult. They made the process as painless as possible and, when we found a home we really clicked with, worked extra hard to help get us out there to view it.
This has been one of the more stressful things we've done in our lives, but Chris and Amelia's expertise and professionalism greatly helped ease that burden. We felt very fortunate to have them in our corner.
