Bryn Cook is a true professional who really goes the distance through all the twists and turns of finding and buying a house. We first "met" her through her YouTube channel followed by a Zoom from across the country to discuss our ambitious Eugene relocation plans. Whether virtually or in person, she skillfully guided us through the ins and outs of our Eugene home search, bid, inspection, negotiating, and contracting processes — covering all the bases and ALWAYS a step ahead of the game. She's tough (when needed), thorough, deeply knowledgeable, well-connected, versatile, and accessible. Bonus for having a keen sense of humor and being a great videographer. Bryn did an outstanding job as our real estate agent! She had us and our needs figured out better than we did ourselves. As remote buyers, we were naturally a bit nervous.
