Went Above and Beyond

A week before my son was to take the car back to college, he got in a fender bender. When we first called they were booked through to February. The next day, they called to say they had arranged the schedule to fit us in. They did quality work in record time within a reasonable cost. This is a great example of how to value a long term client and help them overcome a challenge. They exceeded expectations and once again earned my loyalty!
