Professional, streamlined service left no question in my mind that our car was in good hands (aside from being a repeat customer!). The repair process was clearly explained, I received an update midweek and the car was ready on the projected day. Behind-the-scene collaboration with the car rental company next door made substitute transportation an ease. Since having been referred to Body & Paint Center years ago by my own mother, I can attest that Tom and his staff consistently define the true meaning of quality and excellent customer service.
