We brought our car in for collision repair. Everyone we met was very professional. Tom overviewed the process and was clear on the how long the repairs would take and when we could bring the car. The team helped out with walking us through the insurance and was clear on the rental process, He certainly ensured that we had all the necessary information especially with regard to what was needed for it to be handled by the other person's company. The car was taken in on the day we were told and were updated as outlined. Finally the car was ready on the day expected and the warranty and recommendations were explained.
