The Work You Did Was Great

Dear Mike and Tom, I am sorry it took so long for me to get back and writ this letter. First off I want to say thank you for the gift card to the 99 I was so shocked to receive that. Mike when I was stressed out by hertz rent-a-car you jumped in and helped out by washing their dirty car so I would not be frazzled by the look of the nasty car. I was so shocked that you came out on that cold and wet night and did that, you could have had one of your employees do it. You also made the reservations for me and any problems I had along the way you took care of thank you. That was with my Saab, with my sonata that I totaled in 2010 I was so out of sorts they towed it to precision and they were very rude to me. I remembered that I had service done at your shop before so I immediately called you Tom and then came right down, you calmed me down and made a few phone calls and within 20 minutes my car was at your shop and my stress level went from 10 to 0. You have handled all 3 and yes I say all 3 of my accidents with professionalism and most importantly to me compassion. Thank god none were my fault really. So now I have frequent accident miles with you hahahaha!!!! PS The work you did was great too that's why I came back as well. Sincerely, Lale Wharton
