Although listed as a participating shop by my insurance company, I decided to look no further for it was local enough for me. They also have a Hertz rent a car in the same building.
Although the work was being covered completely, I was updated as to what was being done and mentioned some options that I could take advantage of. The option was to replace the AC coil since they noticed it was rotting. It would have been a big labor job sooner or later but since they had the car apart due to the accident, they were able to do the extra non related repair for only the price of the part since the insurance was covering disassembly. They know what they are doing. They made the deadline. The phone calls with updates really surprised me. Very friendly place even though they were slammed due to the record breaking snow storms. Smooth experience.
