This shop is as professional as it gets. My repair was done in a timely manner and Tom and Mike answered all my questions and I did not have to do any of the paperwork with the insurance company.
The only down fall to my experience was with the rental car from Hertz. Tom set up the rental car for the time of my appointment and that went perfect. Then before I signed the paper work the leasing agent was going over dings dangs and stains. I went out to the car and it was a disgrace and I refused it on the spot. The agent told me to drive to Marlborough and exchange it for another one. He should have offered to have it delivered to Hudson for me. The second car I received was better but still a disgrace. I said that the car is not even washed and the manager gave me coupon for Scrub a Dub to go get a wash. I took the second car only because I was tired of the hassle. It is not the fault of the body shop but if I go there again I will have them get me car from a different company.
