Excellent Service with a Smile!

I picked up my Honda Accord a couple of weeks ago and have been meaning to write this review. Body and Paint Center was excellent to deal with. I came to them off of a recommendation from my appraiser after I was rear ended in an accident. I decided to check out the website and found all of these fabulous reviews and figured I should try them. When I called the first thing that Mike said to me on the phone was "I'm sorry about your accident, first and most importantly, are you okay?" This gave me such comfort and a great feeling about where I chose to get my car worked on. They did an amazing job on my car, keeping me informed every step of the way as to how long it would take, dealt with the insurance companies for me and I didn't have to do a thing. Also, my rental car place was going to require me to come back and drop the car off at the store I rented it from, Mike even called them to coordinate that the rental car company would come pick it up for me at Body and Paint so I didn't even have to coordinate a ride to pick up my brand new looking car. Not only did they fix the car perfectly, I had excellent customer service and they even detailed my car for me inside and out. I would recommend them to everyone! All of the other reviews are true.
