It had been a long time since I had to send a vehicle to a body shop and this place is not what I remembered a body shop to be.
Promptly responded to my email letting them know that I wanted them to take care of the damages and they took it from there and ran with it. Worked with my insurance company, arranged the rental car and even discovered that I had rental coverage which I should of known. The original appraisal was low as I suspected and Body and Paint worked without my needing to be involved and arranged the supplement. I was made aware of this by Paul that he was taking care of it and next thing I knew I had an email from my insurance company informing me that they were authorizing the additional work. They turned the truck around quicker than I expected and when I picked it up - and was even surprised to find it cleaned inside and out.
