Excellent Customer Service

This past year my vehicle suffered damage from two separate accidents. Going through an accident is bad enough and to have to deal with insurance companies and body shops, doesn’t make it any better. On both occasions, I had many options on where to take my car but after reading reviews and asking friends and family, it seemed that Body and Paint Center was the way to go. In hindsight, all the reviews and referrals to Body and Paint Center where spot on. Body and paint took everything into their hands once I called them for both my accidents. They contacted my appraisal company, contacted my insurance company, got me a rental vehicle, and scheduled my car to come in almost immediately. I received status follow up calls from staff with the progress of my vehicle. Never did I have to take any unnecessary time out of my day to deal with the appraisal company or insurance company. Body and Paint made the process easy and painless. When picking up my vehicle, not only did it look like nothing ever happened but my vehicle was clean inside and out. Body and Paint has excellent customer service, superb talent in their trade, and is the benchmark for what every collision shop should be. Hopefully, I don’t need to go back a third time, but if I am ever in the same unfortunate scenario again, I will most definitely go back to Body and Paint Center.
